Questions before placing an order
The shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping address. The shipping for EU countries is free.
All orders are only confirmed after payment. If you already paid and received the confir- mation email, please contact us through Customer Support.
I placed an order, but it hasn’t arrived yet
Check the email/SMS with the Tracking Code of your order.
If you have any doubt or you think that something is wrong, please contact us trough Customer Support.
All orders are shipped within 5 business days since payment. When your order is processed you will receive an email/SMS with the respective Tracking Code. Access the shipping company page, insert the Tracking Code and you will be provided with the status of your order.
If you received a shipping confirmation email and your order didn’t arrive yet, please contact us through Customer Support.
You can change the delivery address through Customer Support before the order is shipped.
I already received my order
You should consult the Returns Policy.
After processing the return of a product purchased in our webstore, the refund of the value of the product(s) will be made within a maximum period of 8 business days.

You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return your NEW.VE purchase. Items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition.
